Responsabilités

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams to create care plans.
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, and infection control practices.
• Participate in quality assurance, safety, and staff training initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures and state/federal regulations.
• Create a positive, calm, and caring environment for residents and staff.
