Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or serving meals, using wristbands or photos.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse as soon as practical.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes or charts in a clear, descriptive manner.
• Maintain resident room readiness and greet/escort residents to their rooms.
• Assist with daily care, including mobility, bathing, dressing, and oral care.
• Check residents routinely to ensure personal care needs are met and report any issues.
• Observe skin integrity and report signs of pressure areas or ulcers.
• Support safe transfer and transport of residents within the facility.
