Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a Resident Assistant at Brentwood to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in an assisted living and memory care setting. The role includes helping with personal care, mobility, and daily activities, while adhering to care plans and safety protocols.

The position is part-time on the NOC shift (10:00pm–6:30am) with competitive hourly pay and shift differentials. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualifying applicants, along with a comprehensive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training in health-related disciplines and/or experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Assist residents with personal cares such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer or assist with medications according to care plans and training.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful moments with residents.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to appropriate staff.
