Vista Prairie Brentwood in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role emphasizes dignity, respect, and daily support for residents.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, medications under supervision, and help residents build meaningful moments with our supportive team. Part-time schedule includes 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM and every other weekend, with shift differentials.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training in health-related disciplines and/or experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Assist residents with personal cares such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer or assist with medications according to care plans and training.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful moments with residents.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to appropriate staff.
