Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Valid State licensure as an LVN is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients by physical examination and tests to determine health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Participate in the care planning process.
• Supervise CNAs and nursing assistants.
• Communicate changes in patient conditions with physicians.
• Document assessments and care per policy and standards.
• Educate patients and families on health topics.
