Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Medication Assistant for Assisted Living (NOC) in Peoria, AZ. The role entails supporting residents with medication needs and documentation in the Medication Assistance Record.

The position is full-time with a 10pm–6am shift and requires a high school diploma, with state requirements met. CPR preferred; vaccines encouraged, with comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• All state educational requirements must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with an elderly population is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with medication needs.
• Transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assisting residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care with daily living activities, vital signs, first aid, wound care, and care coordination.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, requests, and environmental hazards promptly and safely.
