Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Medication Assistant for assisted living on a full-time, overnight (NOC) shift. Responsibilities include medication assistance, documentation, ADL support, and safe resident transport within the community.

Qualifications

• Must meet all state educational requirements.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with elderly population preferred.
• Calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, order, and assist residents with medication needs.
• Transcribe and document in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and vital signs.
• Transport residents within the community to activities or dining.
• Respond to emergencies and resident requests promptly and safely.
