Job description

This role requires working hours 7 PM – 7 AM local time in a schedule regime.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and coordinate system malfunctions;
  2. Proactively monitor the health and status of the infrastructure, including network components, servers, applications, and services;
  3. Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
  4. Triages problems quickly and provides critical information to on-call personnel in a clear and concise manner;
  5. Manage communication to coordinate incident or problem resolution;
  6. Demonstrate knowledge of critical system components and internal procedures;
  7. Perform routines and tasks with minimal supervision;
  8. Respond promptly to communications via telephone, email, instant messaging, etc.
Requirements:
  1. Good understanding of common IT infrastructure, practices, and procedures;
  2. Associate degree or equivalent experience;
  3. Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes;
  4. Basic Windows and Linux administration skills;
  5. Experience with monitoring and ticketing systems;
  6. Understanding of network protocols (OSI, TCP/IP);
  7. Understanding of virtualization/dockerization;
  8. Intermediate English written and verbal communication skills;
  9. Excellent professional and customer interaction skills;
  10. Strict punctuality;
  11. Availability to work weekends and holidays on night shifts.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience in NOC, supporting organization, or online service industry;
  2. Experience with Cloud PBX or VoIP;
  3. Programming skills (HTML, PHP, Python, JavaScript);
  4. Basic understanding of Docker, Zabbix, TICK stack.
