Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Предоставление низколатентной, контекстно-ориентированной поддержки клиентов инфраструктуры Highrise AI.
• Управление нагрузками ресурсов вычислений, хранения и сети для соблюдения SLA.
• Помощь в маршрутизации входящих инцидентов и приоритизации их решения.
• Обеспечение своевременных обновлений об инцидентах и эскалаций при необходимости.
• Разработка и поддержка документации, мануалов и стандартов по направлениям деятельности.
• Помощь SRE в управлении флотом, включая обновления прошивки и конфигураций, и плановые обслуживания.
• Передача обратной связи от клиентов командам продукта и платформы для улучшения сервисов и функций.

Highrise AI is a GPU-native infrastructure platform built for modern AI workloads. Designed for developers and enterprises operating in performance-critical and security-sensitive environments, Highrise delivers scalable GPU compute across dedicated clusters, managed cloud, and confidential environments.

Задачи

• Provide low-latency, context-aware direct customer support to ensure Highrise customers get the most from our infrastructure
• Manage impacts to compute, storage, and network resource pools to meet SLA commitments
• Help drive customer-driven workflow by aiding in the triage of inbound cases
• Provide timely updates on incidents, and escalation when necessary
• Create and maintain clear documentation, standards, and runbooks for your focus area
• Aid SRE in fleet management including firmware and configuration upgrades and orchestration of planned maintenance
• Bring the voice of the customer to product and platform teams to ensure we deliver the services and features they need

• College diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, and/or equivalent work experience
• 2 years or more experience with directly supporting customers using network and/or compute infrastructure at scale in 24x7 environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail
• Effective at prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong customer service orientation and a demonstrated willingness to help internal and external stakeholders
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with a bias toward ownership and outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Collaborative team player who operates effectively with minimal supervision
• Continuous improvement mindset; proactively automates and eliminates operational toil

Условия

• This is a full-time, engineering role supporting large-scale AI compute infrastructure across multiple sites
• Travel to data centers for cluster commissioning, acceptance, and complex troubleshooting will be required
• Flexibility to assist with critical incidents or maintenance activities outside regular business hours is expected
• This role is hybrid or remote depending on location
• Work with bright, driven peers from a range of educational and professional backgrounds including software development, energy, engineering, entrepreneurship, investment banking, private equity, and management consulting
