Job summary

Bethany of the Northwest seeks Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/NAC) for our Everett facilities. This non-profit, church-sponsored continuing care ministry offers supportive nursing, skilled and sub-acute care, assisted living and home health services to elderly and disabled residents.

Position features night shift (10pm-6am) with 4-on/2-off pattern. Competitive pay: $22-$27 per hour DOE, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage; 403b with matching;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Washington state-approved CNA certification training course.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to think and work independently.
• Good communication skills and bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents and assist with activities of daily living.
• Coordinate work within the department and with other departments.
• Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor and document care.
• Assist the supervisor with tasks to support department operations.
