Bethany Northwest in Everett, WA, is seeking a licensed CNA/Med Tech to join our caring team at Bethany at Silver Crest, an assisted living facility in South Everett near Mill Creek.

The position provides nursing care, medication support, coordinates with departments, reports to supervisor, and supports department operations on the night shift (NOC) from 10pm to 6am. Benefits are comprehensive with training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Washington State CNA license is required.
• Washington State Med Tech license preferred (training could be provided).
• Current CPR (American Heart Association) certification is required.
• Ability to think and work independently and with direction.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced or stressful environment.
• Good communication skills and bedside manner with a compassionate personality.
• Up-to-date identification
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents and medication support.
• Implements specific procedures and programs and coordinates work within the department and with other departments.
• Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor and assists with department operations.
• Responds to inquiries or requests for information.
