Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification is required.
• Ability to communicate in English both verbal and written.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR, First Aid and CPI certified on date of employment and maintained.
• Post-offer physical, background checks and regulatory clearances may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in Skilled Nursing Facilities aligned with recovery-centered care principles.
• Support physical and psychological needs of residents and respond to care plans.
