Job summary

Ivy Park at Pleasanton, managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks compassionate caregivers for the NOC shift (10pm–6am) to assist residents with daily living activities and safety. This on-site role offers benefits and opportunities for growth across California communities.

Responsibilities include responding to resident needs, maintaining dignity and confidentiality, and collaborating with the care team to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Vaccination/testing and PPE per regulatory guidelines may be required for health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Notify supervisor of any observed change in condition.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and residents.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues.
