What you’ll be doing:
You will be part of the Technical & NOC Team who are responsible for managing the installed base of our chargers. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the UK network and supporting the customer service team to create a truly reliable infrastructure for EV drivers. You will also be responsible for ensuring our reactive and proactive maintenance is executed and to act as a first point of contact for our Field Service Partners (FSPs).
This is a role for someone who wants to work in a fast paced environment, and who can blend agile thinking to deliver first-of-a-kind projects, with the implementation of robust processes to automate and continuously innovate.
