What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Monitor network devices, platforms, and services to ensure efficient operation

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or two years of relevant college study
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a computer-related field with advanced knowledge of network operating systems
  • At least one year of specialized experience in data communications engineering or network administration
  • Familiarity with SNMP and RMON-based software products, Ethernet, FDDI, and WANs
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to work 3rd shift
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • CCNA Routing and Switching Certification
  • Experience with IT Network Management and Monitoring systems (e.g., SolarWinds Orion)
  • Understanding of DNS functionality and CLI tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and ticketing systems (e.g., Maximo)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations effectively
