Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a NOC Analyst (L1-L3) to sit onsite in Lancaster, TX. The NOC Analyst positions monitor gray-space critical facilities alerts, validates alarm details using runbooks and severity logic, creates and updates tickets, contacts defined escalation paths, communicates clearly during handoffs, and maintains accurate operational records.

We are helping build an entirely new NOC team that will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the critical infrastructure that keeps a large-scale data center operational 24/7. Unlike traditional NOC environments that focus on network devices and servers, this team will monitor the "gray space" within the data center, including power, cooling, and critical facilities systems. This is a monitoring, triage, coordination, and escalation role; it is not a hands-on facilities repair or deep engineering role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in growing their experience within mission-critical data center operations and supporting one of the most advanced infrastructure environments in the industry. Our goal is to have a start date around early October!

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Ability to follow runbooks precisely and ask for help when severity, ownership, or impact is unclear.
