Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:

As the Nobel Biocare Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will provide strategic direction and support for a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) for assigned brands and products. You will also support and mentor your TSMs to positively influence their selling behavior. You will play a key role in leading the regional sales funnel and influencing cross-regional programs and initiatives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Achieve the region’s sales goals within set timeframes and parameters.
  • Direct sales activities in line with strategies and organizational mission, adhering to budgets.
  • Prioritize top-line sales, foster positive selling environments, communicate and implement Nobel Biocare’s strategy, develop key opinion leaders, and facilitate conversions.
  • Develop and maintain an effective organization through recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating personnel. Guide field sales personnel in their development.
  • Provide orientation and guidance to new sales personnel to ensure consistency across the geography.
  • Develop annual sales goals and projections for the region.
  • Support and understand company sales policies and procedures.
  • Relay new product ideas and extensions from the field to the office.
  • Manage field promotions to boost sales and maintain customer relations.
  • Develop and oversee sales training programs to maximize effectiveness.
  • Support open territories and assist when necessary.
  • Visit customers regularly to promote products, gather feedback, and relate new information.
  • Meet sales quotas monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Review customer complaints and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports.
  • Coordinate communication between sales and other business units.
  • Manage personnel and fiscal responsibilities, including regional budget.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales achievement, preferably in Dental or Medical Devices.
  • Leadership capabilities beyond sales achievement.
  • Proficient in communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Digital experience with Nobel Biocare products.
  • 2+ years leading/coaching a sales team of 6+ members with proven success.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to interpret business data.
Travel/Location
  • Company-provided laptop, iPad, iPhone, and allowance.
  • Reimbursement for business expenses.
  • Eligible for incentives and promotional activities.
  • Key cities: Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Louisville.
  • Ideal candidate based in Ohio or Kentucky.
Salary Range

Estimated total compensation: $104,300 - $193,700, based on experience and location. Includes potential bonuses, benefits, and other compensation plans.
