What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas within the assigned region
- Assess and manage the sales funnel to drive quota achievement and planning accuracy
- Partner with local sales teams to identify new and existing customer opportunities
- Build and deliver personalized presentations on digital workflows
- Regularly review data in CRM to identify and pursue new opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent education and/or experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the dental/medical industries or 5 years of B2B field sales experience
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Responsible for daily travel within the field, with overnight travel up to 10%
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Successful track record in B2B sales
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Effective presentation skills in front of small and large groups
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly
