Qualifications

• 3 months verifiable Class A experience in last 6 months OR 6 months in last 12 months OR 12 months in last 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years
• No more than 3 minor incidents in last 3 years
• No more than one highway accident in last 12 months
• No major preventable accidents costing >$25,000 in last 3 years
• No DOT drug test failure in last 5 years and 1 year SAP driving
• Felony/ misdemeanor review with limits in last 7 years
• No more than 2 DUIs in a lifetime and none in last 5 years
• No more than 5 jobs in last 3 years

Responsibilities
