Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL truck drivers for a 100% no-touch, dedicated account. Drivers will run 2–3 weeks out on a nationwide route, with opportunities to stay out longer and earn full days home for each week out.

Starting pay is 0.57–0.67 CPM based on experience, with full benefits after 60 days including medical, dental, PTO and 401K with matching. Trucks are newer and assigned; live unloads and drop-and-hook are mixed across all 48 states.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and 3+ months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• CDL must be from the state of residency.
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years and no more than 1 serious violation in 12 months.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate 48-state no-touch dedicated account with drop and hook and live unload.
• Deliver to distribution centers and warehouses, with 2–3 weeks out and full home time proportional to weeks out.
• Stay compliant with safety and DOT regulations and maintain clean driving record.
