Job summary

First Watch in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a friendly Busser to support the dining room and ensure quick, clean table turnover. No night shifts ever, and a focus on delivering a warm, welcoming breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience for guests.

As part of the Front of House team, you’ll work with hosts and servers to seat guests promptly, maintain tidy tables, and contribute to our YOU FIRST culture that puts people first.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and clear communication are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain hygiene.
• Willingness to assist with light housekeeping and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes
• Update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.
