Job summary

Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty in El Jobean, Florida is seeking a Realtor to guide clients through the home buying and selling process. No license is required—we train you and back your success from day one.

You will nurture leads by calling, texting, and emailing, meet clients regularly, manage your business with the brokerage’s tools, and set your own schedule (30–50 hours/week) with pay ranging from $50,000 to $250,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• Willing to obtain a Florida real estate license (we'll show you how).
• Willing to complete Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty Realtor training - provided by us.
• No experience required - we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Nurture client leads by calling, texting, and emailing.
• Walk clients through the home buying and/or home selling process.
• Teach clients by sharing your expertise and guiding them through steps.
• Meet with people regularly and invest in your local community.
• Take initiative and manage your business from start to completion.
• Master the technology necessary to run your business as a Realtor.
• Be the person your clients depend on - for one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
