Job summary

PLA is seeking an Entry Level Forklift Operator/General Warehouse Laborer in Red Bluff, CA. You will operate a sit-down forklift and perform manual pallet inspections while supporting production flow in a fast-paced warehouse. On-site forklift certification is provided and no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• No prior forklift experience required – on-site training and certification provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 70–100 lbs throughout the day.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload pallets.
• Perform manual pallet sortation by color, manufacturer or damage.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and manage refueling/charging.
• Maintain accurate inventory and quality records.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; meet production rates.
• Follow all safety policies and regulatory procedures.
