Job summary

Ivy Park at Livermore, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, is hiring for a Care Provider. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and supporting a compassionate, respectful environment.

No prior experience is required as we will train the right candidate. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and pass a background check and health screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication skills with staff, residents and families.
• Pass background check and health screening tests including TB.
• Regulatory safety guidelines, vaccination and PPE may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report any change in resident condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents and guests.
• Promote teamwork and cooperative interactions across departments.
