Job summary

Skilled Wound Care seeks physicians in Orange County, CA to lead wound care initiatives. This no-call position offers a true Monday–Friday schedule with optional part-time or full-time arrangements and competitive compensation.

Independent contractor pay with per-patient and per-procedure components may apply. Your medical degree and an unrestricted license are required, with training provided for wound care procedures.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open background; no prior wound care or procedural experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical and sharp debridement and bedside procedures.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Use advanced dressings and specialized wound care protocols.
• Collaborate in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings to monitor healing.
