Job summary

Skilled Wound Care invites a Vascular Surgeon to join our Cincinnati, OH practice as a wound care physician, leading wound care initiatives in SNFs across the area. This role emphasizes a no-call, weekday-focused schedule with the potential for part-time or full-time engagement.

You will leverage vascular training to manage arterial/venous/diabetic ulcers, perform debridement, and utilize advanced wound care protocols while maintaining surgical skills.

Qualifications

• MD/DO medical degree required
• Unrestricted medical license in state of practice or eligibility
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one
• Open to surgeons from varied backgrounds; wound care training provided

Responsibilities

• Surgical debridement and bedside procedures
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing and complex wounds
• Manage arterial, venous and diabetic ulcers with advanced dressings/protocols
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities and post-acute care teams
