Job summary

MDPerm is looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to deliver comprehensive urological care at the Fargo VA Medical Center. This full-time position provides a structured weekday schedule focused on high-quality surgery and outpatient practices serving Veterans.

The ideal candidate will perform outpatient clinic care, inpatient rounding, and various urological procedures. The role comes with a competitive compensation package including benefits such as health insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Comfortable performing major lymphatic and abdominal procedures.
• Experience with endoscopic procedures and fluoroscopy.
• Robotics certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in the urology outpatient clinic.
• Perform inpatient rounding for urology patients.
• Conduct consultations and coordinate specialty referrals as needed.
• Perform urological procedures such as cystoscopies and vasectomies.
• Provide general urological care and management.

Skills

Current, unrestricted physician license

Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology

Completion of an approved Urology residency

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Current DEA registration

Current NPI number

Malpractice insurance coverage
