Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Jackson, MS is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing and outpatient settings. This role offers no-call schedule with a Monday–Friday pattern and flexibility of full-time or part-time employment.

You will use Internal Medicine training to manage chronic wounds, perform bedside procedures, and drive patient care with autonomy, supported by comprehensive wound care training.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted medical license in the practicing state (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open background welcomed; training provided for wound care.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care in outpatient/in skilled nursing facilities.
• Perform debridement and bedside procedures with training supplied.
• Apply advanced dressings and wound protocols.
• Collaborate with care teams to improve patient outcomes.
