Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required from an accredited medical school (allopathic or osteopathic).
• Unrestricted/clear medical license to practice in the state of the position.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Internal Medicine care with focus on wound care in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings.
• Lead wound care initiatives and collaborate with other clinicians.
• Perform bedside procedures as appropriate and manage chronic conditions that affect wound healing.
• Utilize our custom documentation system to manage patient records efficiently.
• Follow patients through healing and coordinate care across facilities.
