Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking Internal Medicine Physicians in Manhattan, NY to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This role offers a no-call, Monday–Friday lifestyle with no nights and no weekends, and the opportunity to apply Internal Medicine expertise to chronic wounds.

Full-time or part-time positions with salary in the $200,000 to $300,000 per year range for full-time, plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted NY medical license or eligibility to obtain one (licensure in state of practice).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform wound care evaluations and manage chronic wounds.
• Provide bedside procedures such as debridement; training provided.
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow-up for patients.
