Skilled Wound Care is hiring Family Medicine physicians in Huntsville, AL for full-time or part-time roles with a no-call lifestyle and clinic autonomy. You’ll perform wound care procedures, debridement, and manage patients across skilled nursing facilities in the region.

We offer comprehensive wound care training, consistent weekday schedules, and the potential to earn $250,000–$500,000 per year for full-time physicians, with bonuses for top performers.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and state medical license (unrestricted/clear) in practicing state
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one
• No prior wound care experience required; comprehensive wound care training provided

Responsibilities

• Perform wound care procedures, including surgical debridement and bedside care
• Evaluate and treat chronic and complex wounds in patients
• Collaborate with facilities to provide wound care in post-acute settings
• Deliver care with clinical autonomy and reduce administrative burden where possible
