Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in McKenzie, TN is seeking a Bariatric Surgeon to join our no-call, Monday–Friday practice focused on wound care in skilled nursing facilities across the area.

You'll continue to perform core bariatric procedures and bedside debridement while enjoying clinical autonomy away from hospital bureaucracy. This position offers competitive compensation and a flexible schedule in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open Background; we provide comprehensive wound care training.

Responsibilities

• Surgical and sharp debridement and other bedside procedures
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and the post-acute setting, where you follow patients through healing

Education
