Children’s Minnesota is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to work with supervising neonatologists in caring for high‑risk newborns at our hospital in Saint Paul, MN. The NNP will coordinate medical care for critically ill infants using specialized expertise and evaluation tools.
The role demands current MN RN and APRN licenses, BLS and NRP certifications, plus completion of an advanced neonatal training program and NCC certification as an NNP.
The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) works collaboratively with supervising neonatologists to coordinate the care of high‑risk newborns at Children’s Hospital and Clinics of MN. The NNP manages the overall medical care of critically ill infants using specialized expertise and evaluation tools.
Salary is based on market data and includes consideration of experience, credentials, and internal equity. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions requiring night, weekend, or on‑call work may qualify for shift differentials or premium pay.
