Job summary

JLL's Capital Markets internship in Dallas provides early-career exposure to real estate investments, market research, and financial analysis alongside analysts. You will assist with market information gathering, lease abstracts, due diligence, and creating charts for teasers and offering memorandums while building client-facing communication and Excel/Argus skills.

The program runs from June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, and offers no relocation or housing assistance, in a fast-paced team setting

Qualifications

• Currently a college/university junior with a Summer 2028 graduation.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently with a team-player attitude.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and writing market research by obtaining and analyzing market information, statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
• Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
• Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
• Assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
• Help design and prepare marketing materials, including teasers and offering memoranda, by creating charts and other graphics.
• Provide general assistance to the team, including gathering data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
