Job summary

JLL is offering an internship in its Capital Markets group in Minneapolis, designed for a college junior graduating Summer 2028. You will assist with market research, property valuations, lease abstracts, and due diligence while supporting the creation of marketing materials and data gathering on rents, demographics, and tenants.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and writing skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

What this job involves:

What your day-to-day will look like:
