This client-facing role emphasizes meaningful community impact beyond numbers, ensuring transactions support project viability and organizational strength.

The role offers a Madison, WI-based office with hybrid options; candidates with four+ years in NMTCs or related fields will thrive as they advise, model, and coordinate complex financing

Qualifications

• Four+ years of NMTC or related field experience.
• Experience supporting NMTC transaction phases and roles.
• Strong financial-analysis skills and ability to read financials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; independent work.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and manage NMTC engagements.
• Develop NMTC strategies, work plans, and closing schedules.
• Explain NMTC requirements and tradeoffs in plain language.
• Coordinate with clients and transaction parties through closing.
• Prepare and manage due diligence materials and narratives.
• Support construction period and post-closing requirements.
