Accion Opportunity Fund is seeking a NMTC Portfolio & Compliance Associate in the United States. This role blends analytics with administrative support to monitor NMTC projects, manage reporting, and coordinate with borrowers, investors and partners.

You will review financial statements, track covenants, and prepare investor reports while maintaining organized files in Salesforce and SharePoint. Prior NMTC experience isn’t required; training is provided.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting, real estate or related field.
• 1–3 years in commercial/small business lending, banking, SBA or CDFI context.
• Ability to read financial statements and compute basic ratios.
• Strong Excel skills; comfortable with data manipulation and pivot tables.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM/database.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main point of contact for borrowers on ongoing reporting requirements.
• Review borrower financial statements and test loan covenants.
• Help update risk ratings for projects in the portfolio.
• Review construction draw requests and coordinate with partners.
• Prepare and submit investor reports accurately and on time.
• Track deadlines in Salesforce and maintain status notes.
