Job summary

eLEND is seeking a Mortgage Licensing Analyst to manage licensing across states, overseeing MU1/MU2/MU3 filings and renewals. You will coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and MLOs to ensure timely, accurate licensing.

You will track CE, pre‑licensing education, background checks, and regulatory reporting, helping maintain ongoing compliance and operational continuity for our MLO workforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience with NMLS licensing.
• Strong understanding of mortgage licensing processes.
• Experience managing company, branch, and individual licensing.
• Excellent attention to detail and regulatory deadlines.
• Effective cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage licensing lifecycle for company and branches across states.
• Submit MU1/MU3 filings and monitor renewals.
• Coordinate licensing for individual MLOs and sponsorships.
• Track CE, pre-licensing education, and background checks.
• Prepare NMLS filings and regulatory reports.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Finance on licensing requirements.
