Groundworks New Mexico is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with New Mexico PreK standards. You will foster social-emotional development, maintain documentation, and build partnerships with families while ensuring compliance with ECECD and related guidelines.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in ECE, NM Birth-PreK license eligibility, and experience with preschool-aged children; bilingual skills and familiarity

• Eligibility for or possession of a New Mexico Birth–PreK Teaching License.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills are required.
