Job summary

Groundworks New Mexico in Albuquerque is seeking a dedicated mentor to coach teachers through observations, feedback, and ongoing professional development. You will support curriculum planning and monitor classroom quality to ensure licensing compliance.

You will also assist with Teaching Strategies GOLD, CLASS, and assessments while advancing NAEYC accreditation efforts and building strong partnerships with families and staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field.
  • Experience supervising or coaching educators.
  • Knowledge of New Mexico early childhood regulations and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
