The NM Imaging Technologist applies the NM imaging physics and radiopharmacy preparation guidelines in performing advanced NM exams under minimal supervision and in accordance with established practices and procedures to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and infection control standards. The NM Imaging Technologist has the ability to differentiate between healthy and pathological areas and adjust the scope of the exam accordingly.

Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Science or Nuclear Medicine OR Master’s degree in Radiologic Science or Nuclear Medicine with at least 2 years of NM imaging experience.
SCFHS Certification
Minimum 4 years of clinical experience.
English: Advanced; Arabic: Basic
