Maya Homecare is seeking an experienced Per Diem Nurse to join our rapidly growing homecare team. The ideal candidate will travel throughout New Jersey to deliver high-quality patient care and support across cases.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, case progress tracking, and thorough documentation, with a focus on flexible scheduling and timely follow-ups. NJ RN license and a reliable vehicle are required. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Jersey.
• Reliable car and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel throughout New Jersey.
• Strong case management skills with the ability to manage multiple patients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités
