As Instructor:

• Deliver engaging (virtual only) NJ pre-licensing courses
• Empower aspiring agents with clarity, energy, and mastery of the material
• Track and support student success from day one to exam day

As Administrative Manager:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school
• Manage student inquiries, enrollments, and records
• Coordinate instructors, schedules, and NJREC compliance
• Be the face of the school—ensuring every student experience is top-tier
