Planned Parenthood of Northern, Central and Southern New Jersey seeks a Director of Quality & Risk Management to oversee the agency-wide QA and risk initiatives. This exempt, full-time role requires travel across New Jersey and collaboration with the Chief Quality Officer to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

Mansioni

• Assist CQO in monitoring the agency-wide Quality and Risk Management calendar.
• Ensure compliance with PPFA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee surveys and corrective action plans; license renewals for ambulatory care and labs.
• Lead chart audits and communicate deficiencies to staff for correction.
• Oversee billing and coding audits; provide staff training to improve accuracy.
• Support implementation of medical standards and NJ regulations with medical leadership.
• Travel throughout New Jersey as required to health centers and offices.
