Job summary

Eatgron in Hammonton, NJ is seeking a Packaging Support to facilitate daily production packaging. You will help prepare ingredients, operate packaging machinery, manage METRC tags and batch stickers, and maintain a clean, compliant workspace while supporting production goals.

The role requires following standard work methods and safety guidelines on a Monday-Thursday schedule with hours roughly 7am–5:30pm at the Hammonton facility. Hourly compensation is $18.25.

NJ - Packaging Support

Compensation: $18.25 / hour

Description

The Packaging Support role is the daily facilitator for preparing all products needed for fulfillment. The packaging team must work at high levels of production efficiency, safety, and hygiene. The Packaging Support is expected to follow, maintain, and hold the team accountable to standard work methods and safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Our team currently works a Monday-Thursday schedule, hours primarily from 7am-5:30pm at our facility in Hammonton, NJ.
