Complete Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in New Jersey. You will provide direct patient care to a diverse senior population, administer medications and therapies, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of seniors, utilizing your knowledge and skills to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Monitor and report patient status to nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
