What we offer:

• Monday - Friday (must be flexible to work overtime)
• 1st shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 2nd shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM ($0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift, bringing pay to $20.50)

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload containers using various forklifts (sit-down, reach, pallet jack, hand trucks). Operate dock levelers. May use slip sheets and push-pull attachments.
• Stage and organize incoming and outgoing products.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment efficiently to meet customer standards.
• Stack pallets in designated areas; clean up scraps, cardboard, plastic wrap, and trash.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a safe, clean, and orderly manner, complying with safety rules and procedures.
• Use handheld scanners to input product information into the SAP system, label products, and store them appropriately.
• Follow shipping and receiving procedures.
• Assist in conducting periodic inventory counts.
• Perform tasks safely, efficiently, and within deadlines.
• Perform other assigned functions and tasks.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of recent forklift experience
• Basic math skills for counting products
• Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• Food industry experience preferred but not required
• Slip sheet experience a plus

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged sitting
• Hand dexterity and strength
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Work Environment:

This position operates in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse setting. Exposure to moving machinery such as forklifts and production equipment. Noise levels can be loud. The environment may include extreme temperatures and dust. PPE such as safety hats, glasses, steel-toe shoes, face coverings, and ear plugs are required.
