Job summary

Grön in Hammonton, NJ is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of cannabis products to customers. You will represent the brand and adhere to all regulations, while delivering exceptional service during day shifts Monday–Friday.

You must have at least 2 years of delivery experience, a valid license, clean driving record, and strong communication skills. The role includes inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining delivery logs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of delivery driving experience in regulated industries such as cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or food and beverage.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to navigate delivery routes and manage inventory levels.
• Commitment to staying compliant with state and federal regulations in the cannabis industry.
• Experience handling payments and reconciling invoices.

Compensation: $22.00 / hour

Description

The delivery drivers at Grön are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of cannabis products to customers, following all state and federal regulations in the cannabis industry. As a delivery driver you not only deliver our products to customers, but also deliver excellence, one of our core values. You will be the repeated touch point so many of our customers get to interact with each month, helping to maintain those relationships is important to our growing brand. This position will be full-time, Monday-Friday day shift.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of cannabis products to customers
• Manage and organize inventory levels within the delivery vehicle
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations governing the cannabis industry
• Process payments and reconcile invoices for wholesale customers using cash on delivery (COD)
