We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides with a heart for helping residents make the most of each day. In this position, you’ll provide hands-on care in a respectful and dignified manner, playing a vital role in the safety and wellbeing of our residents, who call The Bristal home.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Escorting residents to meals and recreational activities
• Supporting residents in achieving their highest level of physical, emotional, and psycho-social wellbeing
• Helping in the Wellness area to ensure safety and comfort
• Following policies and instructions from supervisors

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant, or Home Health Aide
• Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia is a plus
• Ability to speak and read English
• Experience assisting the elderly with ADLs preferred
• Patience, professionalism, and the ability to redirect residents as needed
• Reliable, caring, and gentle demeanor
• Respect for the elderly and ability to remain calm
