The role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, companionship, and following nurse-provided care plans.

Ideal candidates hold a New Jersey CHHA license and demonstrate compassion, reliability, and strong communication.

Formación

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
